Summary[]
A ranch hand who saves Hoss's life is offers a job on the Ponderosa, despite a rumor that he's a jinx.
Plot[]
The ranch hands protest that George Whitman is cursed and shouldn't work at the Ponderosa. Hoss thinks the man's reputation is undeserved and hires him anyway.
Soon, catastrophes follow in George's wake and even Hoss begins to fear the disastrous predictions made by a gypsy fortune teller.
